One of Branson’s leading restaurant

Level 2 Steakhouse in the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel has won accolades as Branson’s leading restaurant. Nathan Read, director of food and beverage and executive chef, helped create a menu that features his Northwestern culinary roots laced with Japanese and Greek techniques.

“We fly in seafood from Hawaii once or twice a week and from several companies back home in the Northwest,” said Read. “I love to use items on a seasonal basis. I call one particular company in Oregon, they run the truck to the airport, and it’s delivered here the next day.”

The Pan Seared Hawaiian Ahi Tuna appetizer features top-grade rare tuna presented on a Himalayan pink salt slab that’s backlit beneath the block. The pink salt glows. Ellensburg lamb, Wagyu beef, king salmon and Dungeness crab are also flown in. Of beef selections, the petite fillet is the bestseller, followed by the rib eye and strip steak.

The restaurant’s impressive wine list spans a variety of high-end labels, as well as core wines. Spanish coffees, house-made Missouri butter cake and seven-layer chocolate cake close out a perfect meal.
