Employment: Director of Texas Travelers for eight years. Prior to her banking career, she was an English teacher for 32 years, also acting as class adviser and counselor for senior students.

Family: Husband of 43 years, Ralph; three children, Chris, Sally and Carlton; three grandchildren and one on the way.

Hobbies: Traveling, reading, going to the movies and shopping with friends.
