• 53% of banks in the study had 10 or fewer branches, 47% had 11 or more, including 9% with 26 or more.
• 68%of banks in the study had 1,000 or more members, including 14% with 5,000 members or more.
• 72%of banks in the study had programs that were at least 10 years old.
• 75% of banks in the study have competing programs from other banks in their markets.
• 84% of banks in the study are already attracting boomer-aged travelers.
• 88% of banks in the study say upper management feels the program is an asset to the bank.
